Landlords’ Electrical Certificate

It is a landlord’s responsibility to ensure the property and appliances are safe for tenants. We can perform a periodic test on your electrical installations and provide a comprehensive report, including any faults found.

The new Regulations require landlords to have the electrical installations in their properties inspected and tested by a person who is qualified and competent, at an interval of at least every 5 years. Landlords have to provide a copy of the electrical safety report to their tenants, and to their local authority if requested.

All are tests are carried out in accordance with the latest edition of the IEE wiring regulations (BS7671) by our qualified electricians

We will complete a full inspection and provide an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
